All tickets purchased for Festival of the Dead events by phone or online are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason other than for the exceptions listed below so please make your purchase with this in mind. Celebrity guests are subject to change without notice due to unforseeable filming or scheduling conflicts but events will go on as scheduled in almost every case. Each event we offer is the product of a number of elements and we believe our events are not dependent on any one element to be entertaining and informative. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets.

The following exception to this policy applies:

• We will refund your tickets if you purchased tickets and the event was cancelled entirely. Special guests and celebrities are subject to change without notice.
